Shipping
XXIV™ ships globally from Lagos, Nigeria. We deliver worldwide with trusted courier partners.
Shipping Rates & Times:
- Nigeria: 3-5 business days — ₦3,000
- Africa (other): 5-7 business days — $15
- Europe: 7-10 business days — $20
- United States & UK: 10-14 business days — $25
- Rest of World: 14-21 business days — $30
All orders are processed within 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached
- Items must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Sale items are final — no returns or exchanges
- Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective
How to Request a Return:
Contact us at returns@xxiv.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and process a replacement or full refund.
Size Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us within 14 days of delivery. If we have the desired size in stock, we'll ship it to you at no additional cost for the exchange. Otherwise, you'll need to return the item for a refund.

XXIV™ pieces are designed in an oversized, relaxed fit — intentional. We recommend ordering your usual size for the intended look.
